Management Responsibilities
The quality management system established by our company in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 standard ensures that all processes—from contract signing to post-delivery service—are effectively controlled, and that the company’s quality policy and objectives are reflected in our day-to-day production activities.
Quality Control
All suppliers are subject to evaluation and assessment, and all products are procured exclusively from qualified suppliers. Raw materials, purchased parts, and outsourced components supplied by vendors must undergo rigorous re-inspection upon arrival at the factory and are only accepted into inventory after passing inspection;
Product manufacturing strictly adheres to the “Double-Three Inspection” system; non-conforming parts are not allowed to proceed to the next process, be assembled, or leave the factory;
After final assembly, comprehensive strength and sealing performance tests are conducted in accordance with GB/T 12777-2019, GB 150, and GB/T 9711 standards (using water and gas as test media);
The company is responsible for product quality and delivery schedules. The warranty period is one year from the date of delivery, with lifetime maintenance. The company assumes corresponding liability for any consequences resulting from product quality issues.
